About this event

Our panel of experts take an in-depth look at the current planning landscape - a year on from the revisions to the National Planning Policy Framework in 2024.

We assess the extent to which planning reforms have enabled sites to be brought forward for development and the impact of the so-called, 'Grey Belt' policy in achieving national and local housing targets.

We welcome special guest, Steve Quartermain, Chief Planner, MHCLG, 2008-2020. Steve will be giving a keynote address on the current planning landscape a year on from the revisions to the National Planning Policy Framework.

The discussion will incorporate breakout sessions on Land and Planning and usual, there will be the opportunity to catch up and network with others in the property community.
